SCI will evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety programs, policies and procedures, provide suggestions for improvement or develop custom programs and provide assistance in program implementation.

Prepare analytical reports that identify accident patterns and trends and

inherent hazards that are resulting in accident frequency and severity.

Provide safety training to management and supervisory personnel to

conduct safety inspections, safety training

meetings and accident investigation report

that identify the causes of loss and the

corrective action that needs to be taken. 

Assess supervisory accountability and

responsibility and provide management

support and direction.

Develop injury management programs.

Identify the need and develop programs addressing Hazard

Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory

Protection, Fall Protection, Emergency Evacuation and Security, Spill

Containment and EPA requirements and filings.
